The staff was HELPFUL, and we had the benefit of just 10 minutes' walk right to piazza del duomo. We found nice Pasticceria Goretta nearby with hot beverages. The hotel was situated near to many major sights and within 10 mins walk from cathedral of santa maria del fiore. Special note of thanks to driver.

Antica Trattoria da Tito, which is placed only 900 feet away, is a nice dining choice. Would book here again, if in Florence.
